A wrong figure
If something here is wrong — a nominal output, a flue diameter, an efficiency, a cord thickness, a firebox depth, a price band, or a description of how a mechanism behaves — say so. It gets checked, it gets corrected, and the page records what changed and when. This is the most valuable thing anyone sends, and it is the thing handled fastest.
A question about a product
Everything is read, and anything that can be answered is. Once the same question arrives for the third or fourth time it stops being an email and becomes a page, which reaches far more people than a private reply ever would.
Writing as a manufacturer
Data sheets, installation manuals, compatibility tables and corrections of fact are all welcome, and they do change what the pages say. What money will not do here: secure a position in a family, secure a sentence, or secure a mention. An appliance sent unasked earns nothing and holds nothing open, and proposals of that kind are not answered.
